Anne G. Biby has a general litigation practice. She specializes in personal injury, defective products litigation, construction law, general contracts, easements and other areas. For over 29 years, Anne has practiced law in the Flathead Valley. Her practice has included representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Anne attended law school at the University of Montana School of Law, graduating second in her class with high honors in 1992. She worked as an associate for four years at Bottomly Law Offices, then joined McGarvey, Heberling, Sullivan and McGarvey, where she did almost exclusively asbestosis litigation. Beginning in 2001, she has practiced at Hash, O’Brien, Biby & Murray, an A-rated firm, where she has been a partner since 2008.
Anne is a long-time member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and was a member of the American Association for Justice, where she achieved the level of “Advocate.” She has taken a number of cases to the Montana Supreme Court, and has argued before both the Montana and the North Dakota Supreme Courts.
Anne and her husband, Joseph, have two grown sons and two grandchildren. Anne has served on many local boards, volunteers with researchers in Glacier National Park, and is an active member of the outdoor community.
